London: At least 42 people were killed and dozens wounded in a car bomb attack in the northern Syrian town of Al Bab, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said in a report.
After 24 hours of pulling back, Islamic State group targeted Swesan area in Al Bab with a suicide vehicle, SOHR said, adding that the attack targeted the security institute in the area.
The number of victims might still rise due to the serious injuries, the report added.
