MADRID: Qatar and Spain signed today an agreement for the transfer of persons sentenced to a penalty of deprivation of liberty between the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Spain at the headquarters of the Spanish Ministry of Justice.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Qatar by the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Spain HE Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hamar, while it was signed on behalf of Spain by the Minister of Justice HE Pilar Llop Cuenca.
