DOHA: During its second day of participation in Cityscape Qatar 2019, BARWA Real Estate Group in collaboration with Waseef for Property Management signed an agreement with Mawater Center, established by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
Under this agreement, Mawater Center will have a permanent showroom in Madinat Mawater, one of BARWA’s biggest developmental projects which offers all car-related activities and services.
The agreement was signed by Abdullah Jubara Al Rumaihi, CEO of Waseef, and Salem Saeed Al Mohannadi, Director of Mawater Center, who both expressed that the collaboration aims mainly to serve car lovers through gathering all the necessary care related services in one destination.
Through its showroom in Madinat Mawater, Mawater Center will be selling classical cars and its spare parts, as well as hosting launch events of new cars. The showroom will include a studio to shoot television programmes and facilities to host youth events and gatherings.
Abdulla Jubarah Al Rumaihi, CEO of Waseef for Property Management, commented on this collaboration saying: “We are delighted to have sealed this strategic partnership with Mawater Center, one of the most active centers of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. Its distinctive activities are always creating momentum and attracting youth and car lovers. This permanent presence of Mawater Center is an added value to the city. Madinat Mawater is now the ideal location for the kind of services and activities which Mawater Center offers to its community”.
Madinat Mawater is the main destination in Qatar for all used cars activities. Located on Rawdat Rashid, exit 29 in Salwa Road, the city offers car showrooms, car maintenance workshops, spare parts, offices, shops and government services. The city also has a traffic department, vehicle inspection and maintenance facilities, a gas station, insurance companies, banks and restaurants.
