The Board of Directors of the Workers’ Support and Insurance Fund held its regular meeting yesterday chaired by Minister of Labour and Chairman of the Fund’s Board H E Dr Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri. The meeting addressed several key items on its agenda and adopted a series of decisions and recommendations aimed at further enhancing the Fund’s performance and effectiveness, thereby contributing to the ongoing improvement of the national work environment. Established under Law No. 17 of 2018, the Workers’ Support and Insurance Fund provides support, insurance and care for workers.
