TEDxBirla Public School will be held at 3.15pm in the Basant Kumar Birla Auditorium on September 27. The Third edition of ‘TEDxBirla Public School’ will be a venue for ‘ideas worth spreading’ with the theme of ‘Leave a Legacy’.
Renowned speakers like Kudzai Mukaratirwa , Abdallah Hamdan, Dr. Bindhu Hari, Nasheed Shafi and student speaker Shrishti Shenoy will reach out to the young minds of the community through their innovative words and inspiring performance. The first edition of ‘TEDxBirla Public School’ had the theme ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ following the message of the Mahatma of India, Gandhiji.
The second edition had taken a step further and chosen the theme, ‘Acceptance is graceful, Tolerance is painful’, highlighting the idea of peace and harmony, of coming together to find solutions through speech and positive progress.
The management of the school has provided an opportunity to the senior students to develop and exhibit various social and leadership skills. The Primary Organiser, Principal A P Sharma, is being ably supported by the Vice-Principal Rajesh Pillai.
The complete preparation and execution of the programme is headed by a group of senior students led by the Co-organiser Arshia Arora, Curators: Riya Mahajan and Sindhu Nithyananda. They are being guided by a special team of teachers. This edition also has limited seating of 100 people.
The tickets are being sold through Q Tickets. The programme will also be webcasted through the YouTube channel till seven in the evening. There will be a special photo session with the speakers after the event.
