Prime Minister of the Republic of the Sudan H E Abdalla Hamdok met with Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution H E Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani, in Khartoum, yesterday.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation, the role of the State of Qatar in supporting the peace process in Sudan and the path of the peace negotiations with the armed forces in Juba as well as issues of mutual concern.
Qahtani also met Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of the Sudan H E Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan in Khartoum.
