BEIRUT: Kuwait's Embassy in Beirut has called on Kuwaiti citizens in Lebanon to leave the country because of security uncertainties, in the wake of two bomb attacks in Tripoli, which killed and injured hundreds of people on Friday.

Due to "the state of security instability which killed and injured many people, the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Lebanon" urges Kuwaiti citizens in Lebanon to leave the country for their own safety, the embassy said in a statement, cited by Kuwait News Agency.

The embassy hoped security and stability would prevail all over Lebanon. (QNA)
