Doha: Fathima P S, Vahida Subi and Ramla Taha won first three positions respectively in the Holy Quran Quiz Contest, which was conducted by Quran Study Centre Al Rayyan Zone during holy Ramadan.
In the primary round, hundreds of people participated through Whatsapp Quiz, from that round 15 toppers are selected for Mega Final live Quiz contest.
All 15 toppers and another 24 consolation prize winners have also received prizes. Centre for Indian Community Rayyan Zone President, Mohamed Shanthapuram, presided over the function while CIC General Secretary, Abdul Salam K, inaugurated the session. Faisal V T also spoke. Ahmed Shafi, Zonal General Secretary proposed vote of thanks and Abdul Jaleel M M compared the function. Students Fathimath Sahra, Afrin Ajmal and Aysha Afsal were also honoured in the function.
