Doha: The Qatar Committee for Alliance of Civilisations yesterday issued its fifth annual report. Foreign Minister H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah said 2014 saw a qualitative leap in the nature of work done by the panel because it was the beginning of its 2014-2016 plan.
