Ezdan Real Estate Company, the major real estate developer, yesterday announced launch of the second phase of its promotional campaign for the residential and commercial units in ‘Ezdan Oasis’.
Under the promotion, fully furnished two-room apartments start from QR4000 per month, three bedrooms start from QR6000 per month, while one bedroom apartments starts from QR3500.
The promotional campaign covers the residential units at Ezdan Oasis, which features various types of properties, with modern furniture and integrated services, along with more than 500 different retail outlets and shops.

Ezdan Oasis is expected to attract more than 35,000 residents, he added. Under the campaign, discounted offer was announced for SMEs, including craftsmen, retailers, investors and companies, where 15 free months will be granted on new contracts. About rentals average values, Dabash said that the rents in Ezdan Oasis are competitive.
As part of the promotional campaign Dabash added that the shops offered for rent can be leased out at a rental value starting at QR80 per square meter per month..

“Backed by the boom in road and infrastructure projects that have been carried out recently in the city of Al Wakra and Al Wukair, the two cities are now witnessing a remarkable growth in population and urbanization in terms of business and investment,” Dabash said.
The recent road development projects, which serve the areas of Al Wakra, Al Wukair and Al Mashaf and link them to the rest of the country, such as the New Orbital Highway, Hamad Port Road, the G-Ring Road and the southern part of the Doha Express way, have fueled population growth and movement to these areas.
