Doha: Algerian International Sofiane Hanni has joined Qatar’s Al Gharafa, the club announced during a press conference in Doha yesterday.
The former Anderlecht (Belgium) player who was with Spartak Moscow for eighteen months, was unveiled during the event which took place at Al Gharafa SC headquarters.
At the Doha club, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder will join a host of international stars, including Dutchman Wesley Sneijder, Iranian Mehdi Tarmi, Portuguese Diogo Amado and Slovak Vladimir Weiss.
The French Algerian national will now leave for The Netherlands, where his new team-mates are taking part in a pre-season training camp.
