Doha: More than 7,500 people have embraced The Anooki experience at Qatar Foundation – as two giant characters who aim to highlight the importance of environmental sustainability came to Education City.
Thousands of visitors of all ages from across Qatar’s community enjoyed The Anooki’s immersive light show and a tour of buildings across QF where the Inuit-inspired characters set up home for six days, as they sent out a message about the need for everyone to play their part in protecting our planet.
To adhere to public health guidelines amid COVID-19, all tours were pre-registered and a series of precautionary measures were put in place to ensure people’s safety.
