Doha: The National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) honored partners and cooperating entities in 2022 in recognition of their efforts in accomplishing joint work.
In statements on this occasion, the President of NCSA Eng. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Farahid Al Malki said that from its early beginning, NCSA has achieved accomplishments as the focus was on achieving goals one after the other, thanks to the concerted efforts between the agency and its partners from various entities and companies.
He added that working hard with sincerity and dedication was the basis for NCSA with its partners to reach the goals of protecting the cyberspace of Qatar from many risks.
The NCSA president noted that all NCSA's staff and partners made exceptional efforts to fulfill their role during the last period that coincided with Qatar's hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where the agency developed plans and accurate and rapid work mechanisms to confront any danger to the various sports facilities and vital institutions during the tournament period. He underlined that NCSA was able to achieve the ultimate goal of preserving and protecting the cyberspace of Qatar before, during, and after the tournament.
Eng. Al Malki handed over certificates of appreciation and NCSA shields to the agency's partner companies and entities, extending his thanks and appreciation to them for their efforts in achieving joint work and continuous cooperation with the agency.
For their part, representatives of the partner entities of NCSA affirmed their full commitment to contribute to supporting the country's march in preserving and securing cyberspace, noting the appreciated efforts made by the agency in this regard.
