Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs H E Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, who is currently visiting the United States of America, met with US Undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security Affairs Bonnie Jenkins.
The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the means to enhance them.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the US H E Sheikh Meshaal bin Hamad Al Thani, and a number of ranking officers at the Qatari Armed Forces. H E the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs also met with Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology in the National Security Council at the White House, H E Anne Neuberger.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance them.
