ALECSO held the honouring ceremony for Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council H E Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti during its general conference in Tunisia yesterday.
Tunis: The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) honoured H E Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti, Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council and former Vice-President of the ALECSO Executive Council, during the organisation's general conference which was held in Tunisia yesterday.
The Deputy Speaker was also honoured at the meeting of the Executive Council held on Wednesday.
In a statement on the sidelines of the honouring ceremony, Dr. Hamda Al Sulaiti expressed her thanks and appreciation to the organisation for this honour, praising the organisation’s important role in promoting culture, coexistence and constructive dialogue, and developing the components of the educational and scientific system in the Arab world.
