Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani today issued Amiri Order No. (4) of 2023 appointing H E Lulwa bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater as Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Amiri order stipulated that it be implemented from the date of its issuance, and that it be published in the Official Gazette.
