The Ambassador of France, Eric Chevallier, presented the insignia of Officer of the Legion of Honor to Bader Abdullah Al Darwish, Chairman and Managing Director of Darwish Holding, in a ceremony on Saturday at the Residence of France.
Chevallier praised in his speech "the successful businessman whose activities have strongly contributed to strengthen the economic relations between France and Qatar". "Bader Abdullah Al Darwish is a true partner of the French Embassy in Doha." he added.
Chevallier paid tribute to Al-Darwish, a "Qatari citizen, a remarkable businessman and a true friend of France", who is rewarded with the highest and most prestigious distinction in France.
