Foreign Minister H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah yesterday met Syrian National Coalition head Khaled Khoja. Talks dealt with the Syrian crisis, international initiatives and developments within the framework of supporting the legitimate rights of the Syrian people and the preservation of regional and national unity of Syria. Dr Al Attiyah reaffirmed Qatar’s firm stance in support of the Syrian people in their just cause, stressing that Qatar is exploring alternatives under the UN umbrella to save the Syrian people.
