Doha, Qatar: The State of Qatar expressed its deep concern about the current events in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, and called on all parties to exercise the utmost restraint, pursue a policy of calm, and stop the military escalation immediately.
In a statement yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Qatar’s aspiration to resolve the differences between the Republics of Armenia and Azerbaijan through dialogue and diplomatic channels in a way that preserves the interests of the two countries and peoples.
The Ministry affirmed the State of Qatar’s full support for all international efforts aimed at restoring security, stability and peace in the region.
