Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani held yesterday a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq H E Mustafa Al Kadhimi.
The call dealt with reviewing bilateral relations and the means to enhance them in different fields.
H E the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior informed H E Al Kadhimi that the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued directives to send two field hospitals equipped with different medical devices to the Republic of Iraq in support of the efforts to contain the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
For his part, the Iraqi Prime Minister thanked H H the Amir for the State of Qatar’s support for the Republic of Iraq
