Doha: Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College celebrated the graduation of the National Defense Course No. (1) and the Joint Command and Staff Course No. (7) at the college headquarters.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs H E Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah, and in the presence of Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces H E Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem.
A number of high-ranking members of the armed forces, senior officials in ministries, institutions and security services participated in the two courses, in addition to officers from brotherly and friendly countries.
Commander of Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College H E Major General Fahad Mubarak Al Khayareen stressed in his speech that despite the difficult circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, the college was able to hold courses, and provided human capabilities in the military and academic fields.
