Paris, France: The fourth session of the Joint Economic and Financial Committee, under the framework of the Qatar-France Strategic Joint Economic and Financial Dialogue, was held today in Paris, French Republic.
The Qatari side was chaired by Dr Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, with the participation of the Qatar Investment Authority and the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the French Republic while the French side was chaired by Paul Teboul, Head of Bilateral Affairs, International Business Development and Investment Attraction Department at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation in the financial and economic fields.
The meeting also reviewed investment opportunities in strategic sectors and food security, in addition to areas of partnership between the public and private sectors and cooperation in the digital sector.
