QMA drivers show promise at UAE Rotax Max Challenge

Three Qatar Motorsport Academy (QMA) drivers, Bader Al Sulaiti (Max Class), Taha Hassiba (Max Class) and Tameem Hassiba (Junior Max Class) took part in the UAE Rotax Max Challenge Round 7.2 at Al Ain Raceway.

Among the young Qatari drivers, Bader Al Sulaiti impressed throughout the race weekend, placing himself in the 10th position in the Qualifying round and then climbing up to seventh in the pre-final.

However, a crash in the final dragged him to the 18th position while Taha finished 14th, 27.076 secs adrift of the winner of the Max Class - Italian Filippo Parmeggiani.

Meanwhile, Tamim, competing in the Junior Max Class, also showed promise, finishing in the 21st position - 18.839 secs behind the race winner.
