Doha: Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met yesterday with Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs H E Barbara Leaf, who is visiting Qatar.
They discussed relations between the two countries, and a range of regional and international issues of common concern.
The Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs affirmed, during the meeting, Qatar’s firm support for dialogue and fostering international partnerships in pursuit of countering the regional challenges. The meeting was attended by US Ambassador to Libya H E Richard Norland and US Ambassador to Qatar H E Timmy Davis.
