Doha: Qatar Automobiles Company (QAC), authorised dealer of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation in Qatar, opened its newest aftersales facility in Duhail on Thursday.
The new Mitsubishi Motors Parts and Service Centre has six service bays, a full parts department and customer service call centre with an aftersales team accessible at all times.
The new facility is an addition to existing Mitsubishi Motors service facilities on Street 10 in Industrial Area, in Al Wakra, Abu Hamour and the parts centres on Salwa Road and in Musheireb.
Situated in Qatar Petrol Station, Duhail, the new centre is closer to customers living in northern Doha and makes it easier for them to access services.
“The inauguration of the centre marks an important milestone for QAC and is another reflection of Mitsubishi Motors’ keenness to provide superior and convenient services to clients.
The facility is equipped with latest technologies in line with Mitsubishi Motors’ global standards and a reliable all-time availability of genuine spare parts,” said Ihab El Feky, QAC General Manager.
“Aftersales is the heart of the business and selling a car is just the beginning of the customer’s journey,” said Ewen Baxter, Aftersales Manager.

The centre is a full-service facility and will strive to find the fastest and most suitable solutions to meet the needs of customers, with a capacity to manage over 30 vehicles a day.
