Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent Saturday a cable of congratulations to HE Ursula von der Leyen on her re-election as President of the European Commission, wishing her success and continued development and prosperity for relations between the State of Qatar and the European Union.
