New crescent of Hijric month to be born on Sunday

According to Qatar Calendar House (QCH), the new crescent of the Hijric month “Dhul-Qa’da 1438 H” will be born on Sunday 29 Shawwal at 12:47pm Doha local time (09:47am Universal Time).
The time set of the new crescent over Doha sky will be after sunset time by 2 minutes on this day as shown in figure, and the moon will be set after sunset time over the sky of two Holy Mosques (Makah & Medina) and in all Gulf countries by different duration (1 - 4 minutes).
For most Arabic and Islamic countries, the time set of the new Crescent will be after sunset time by different time durations, where the time duration will be 16 minutes in Cape Town -South Africa and 13 minutes in Nouakchott - Mauritania.
The new Crescent on this night will be not possible to observe over most of Arabic and Islamic countries sky.
Consequently, and according to unification of the new Crescent between all Arabic and Islamic countries, the month of Shawwal 1438 H will be end on Sunday July 23, 2017 G, and the first of Dhul-Qa’da month 1438 H will be on Monday July 24, 2017 G, according to astronomical calculations.
