Doha, Qatar: The National Planning Council of the State of Qatar announced the release of a survey aimed at evaluating “the services provided by ministries and other government institutions.”
The National Planning Council said that it appreciates the public's cooperation in taking the time to fill the survey to “assist in the continuous enhancement of government services,” taking into account that “all data received will be held in strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purpose of improving service quality.”
The Council also noted that participation in the survey aids in:
- Improving the quality of government services
- Developing and enhancing the customer experience
- Boosting efficiency and innovation in service delivery
