KARACHI: An Anti Terrorism Court on Wednesday sentenced a man to death for killing a minor girl after sexually assaulting her.
According to the prosecutor, Bashir Ahmed had kidnapped 7-year old girl in 2011 within the limits of Joharabad police. He killed the girl after sexually assaulting her and dumped the body in Gulistan-e-Johar area.
The court sentenced Bashir Ahmed to death while his accomplice Majid was jailed for life after they were found guilty.
The court also ordered to confiscate their moveable and immoveable property.
