Doha - The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that took place in a market in the State of Sokoto, northern Nigeria, which led to deaths and injuries.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position rejecting violence, terrorism and criminal acts, regardless of the motives and reasons.
The Ministry expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Nigeria, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
