DOHA: Two people were critically injured in a collision between a personal jet ski and a boat off Doha coast yesterday. Both were moving in speed when the accident took place.
They were rushed for emergency medical care, Al Sharq reported without giving details.
Meanwhile, two deaths were reported on Thursday in two road accidents. The first took place in the morning on Al Khor Road. According to local Arabic daily Al Raya, six people were travelling in a taxi when it overturned after the driver lost control. One of them, an Indonesian, died. The taxi was moving in speed. In the other mishap, two cars collided in Raudat Rashid area in the evening, killing an Indian. Two Indians were in a car that collided with the other being driven by a Syrian.
