Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to H E Elisabeth Borne on her appointment as the Prime Minister of the French Republic, wishing her well and bilateral ties between the two countries further development and growth.
