Doha: Bedaya Centre for Entrepreneurship will host an exclusive two-day training for entrepreneurs and business professionals on May 25 and 26. This announcement was made during Bedaya Centre’s monthly Second Sunday Networking event where many young entrepreneurs and business professionals gathered on March 9.
Held at Katara, the event featured a talk on Effective Communication by Bart Burghgraef, founder of ViewsUnlimited, an action learning consultancy focusing on behavioural style, interpersonal and group communication. The company will deliver the training in partnership with Bedaya Centre.
During the highly interactive session Burghgraef discussed and demonstrated the differences between several communication and behavioural styles allowing participants to understand their own strengths as well as possible pitfalls in everyday communication.
The two-day training workshop will make participants experience and aware how subconscious behaviour influences our everyday communication and stress levels, whether individually, in company teams or stakeholder relationships.
Held on the second Sunday of every month, the Bedaya Centre’s “Second Sunday Networking” series aims to provide young entrepreneurs with the opportunity to meet, network and exchange ideas with their peers, mentors and advisors from the industry. The Centre is a partnership between Qatar Development Bank and Silatech.
