Doha: The Fourth Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition (DIMDEX 2014) yesterday announced that Qatar Petroleum (QP) has signed an agreement to be a gold sponsor.
“We are pleased to sign the sponsorship agreement for DIMDEX 2014 with QP, the country’s largest and most prominent corporation,” the Assistant Minister of State for Defence for Financial Affairs and Chairman of DIMDEX Brig Dr (Engineer) Thani A Al Kuwari said.
“We value QP’s support for previous editions of DIMDEX and look forward to working together to ensure that DIMDEX 2014 would be the largest and most successful edition,” he said.
DIMDEX has established itself as a leading naval defence and maritime security exhibition.
