Magnitude 5.6 earthquake strikes Chile

An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 struck Chile's Coquimbo region on Tuesday, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre said.

The quake was at a depth of 20 km (12.42 miles), EMSC said.
