The Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, H E Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem, met yesterday with the Commander of US Marine Corps Forces Central Command in the Middle East, Lieutenant-General Carl Mundy, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, military relations between the two sides were discussed, as well as ways of enhancing and developing them.
The meeting was attended by a number of senior officers in the Qatari armed forces.
Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces H E Lieutenant General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim also met yesterday with the Director of the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Lieutenant General Charles Hooper and his accompanying delegation, during their official visit to the country.
During the meeting, they discussed military relations between the two sides and ways of enhancing them. The meeting was attended by a number of senior officers of the Qatari armed forces.
