Doha: The Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani chaired yesterday the third meeting of the Supreme Committee for Development Planning for 2012. The meeting, which was held at the Emiri Diwan, reviewed what has been achieved in the implementation of the National Development Strategy 2011-2016 in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 in addition to the respective roles of the different bodies in preparing, implementing and evaluating the work and the progress made in the strategy. The meeting also addressed the challenges encountered the implementation of the strategy and a number of decisions has been taken to meet those challenges. QNA
