Dushanbe: Russian President Vladimir Putin has welcomed Qatar as a new dialogue partner in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), stressing that Moscow supports in engaging with Qatar on the organization’s activities in different fields.
This came during his participation at the Summit virtually. He also announced that Russia welcome Iran’s joining of the cooperation. He highlighted that Russia believes it is valuable for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to engage with countries that seek an open and comprehensive dialogue.
