Scattered rain in west of Qatar; to continue till Monday: QMD

Doha: Western regions of Qatar received scattered rain, which became thundery at times, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said. 
“Scattered rain of varying intensity is expected to continue which may be thundery at times, accompanied by strong wind at intermittent periods until tomorrow Monday,” QMD said on twitter.

They also posted a video showing lightening at Umm Jolaq in the morning.

QMD had earlier said in a weather forecast that "clouds are expected to increase gradually from Thursday, July 15, until the middle of next week."
