Doha, Qatar: In celebration of Qatar National Day and as a reflection of enduring national values, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) organised a special event under the patronage of Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Managing Director of HMC, along with the participation of leaders and employees.
Al Suwaidi participated in the flag-raising ceremony, followed by various events, including the Qatari Ardha.
The events aim to honour Qatari heritage, strengthen national identity among healthcare staff, and foster expressions of love and gratitude for the country. They also highlight the state’s proud history and provide an opportunity to explore Qatar’s rich cultural legacy.
The celebration featured a journey through history and Qatari heritage, offering a unique experience that blended tradition with modernization. The venue was designed to resemble a Fereej, a traditional Qatari neighborhood, showcasing the cultural and social aspects that distinguish the State of Qatar.
The celebration zone featured several interactive areas that highlighted Qatari heritage and culture. Al Sekeek, the central area, showcased traditional artistic performances, such as the Ardha and the Qatari flag-raising ceremony, fostering a deep sense of national pride and belonging.
