DOHA: The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange recorded today an increase of 240.14 points, or 1.75 percent, to reach 13,989.49 points.
During today's session, 355,777,736 shares were traded, with a value of QR 931,707,819.018, as a result of implementing 20,777 deals in all sectors.
In the session, the shares of 30 companies rose, while the prices of ten companies decreased, and five companies maintained their previous closing price.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization reached QR 777,862,757,735.480, compared to the last trading session, which amounted to QR 764,053,751,950.740.
