The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) celebrated the Family Day in Qatar, which falls on April 15 of each year, as an occasion to highlight the active role that the family plays in preserving the society.
The SJC’s celebration of this occasion confirms the role of the family in overcoming the social and psychological repercussions of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and supporting the psychological and social stability and enhancing family cohesion to overcome the current challenges.
The Council’s celebration of this occasion also highlights the importance of family cohesion, the shared responsibility of all its members and the active role of the family in Qatari society.
The Supreme Judiciary Council lit its main building in Lusail City and the family court building in green lights, symbolizing the Family Day in Qatar, to reflect the role played by the family in promoting and strengthening community within the framework of Qatar National Vision 2030.
