Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah met yesterday with the Vice-Admiral James Malloy, Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT); and Commander of the US 5th Fleet and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed military relations between the two sides and means of enhancing them. The Commander of the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces Major General (Navy), Abdullah bin Hassan Al Sulaiti, and a number of senior officers at the Qatari Armed Forces attended the meeting.
