The Ambassador’s Cup Golf Tournament, organized in honour of Philippines Ambassador Crescente R Relacion, will kick off on Friday, 2pm at Doha Golf Club.
This golf tournament is aimed at promoting physical fitness and camaraderie among Filipino golfers and other nationalities as well.
Golfers are classified into three categories - Class A, B and C - and the winners will receive trophies under the Stableford rules and regulations.
Aside from the championship trophies, special awards will be given medals for the nearest to the pin, longest drive, hole in one.
The Overall Champion will receive the Perpetual Ambassador’s Cup.
The Ambassador’s Cup Golf Tournament is being organized in association with the Philippine Golf Association Qatar (PGAQ) headed by its President, Eugene Bautista, and sponsored by the Land Bank of the Philippines - Easy Padala, led by its Assistant Vice President in Qatar & Oman, Manny Inserto, the Overall Chairman.
