DOHA: The Qatar Cricket Association (QCA) successfully hosted a three-day basic physio course to upgrade its officials under two experts.

The course began on October 4 under the supervision of Shashi Patra and Mohammed Eliyas and was held over a period of two days.

The QCA continued its practice of enriching the knowledge and experience of its work force so that the game can be developed in Qatar roundly. The chief aim of this course was to impart tips to the QCA officials so that they can handle common injuries well. QCA Operations Manager Manzoor Ahmad thanked the instructors and participants for the course and expressed hope that more such course would be organised to enrich the knowledge of the association’s coaches, trainers and physiotherapists.

Ten persons working for the QCA showed interest in the course and participated. They were: Vijith Rajan, Nouman Anwar, Amjad Sandhu, Paramjeet Kaur Bhullar,Aneesh Kakkot, Muhammad Omar, Sreedevi Vimala Sasi, Qamar Sadiq Khan,Talha Undre’ Muhammad Jahangir
