Doha: GROHE, the world’s leading manufacturer of sanitary fittings, has supplied the highly-anticipated Sidra Medical and Research Center in Doha with top-of-the-range products.
Thousands of patients, and an estimated 5,000 employees working in clinical and non-clinical roles will experience GROHE’s products once construction is completed in 2014.
The centre, funded by Qatar Foundation, will be in the heart of Education City and focus on world class healthcare for women and children, medical education and biomedical research. It has been designed to the highest international standards, boasting state-of-the-art medical equipment, and the world’s most advanced water solutions from GROHE.
The centre’s design is a cutting-edge structure of steel, glass and white ceramic, providing the ideal environment for tranquility, privacy and healing. It will be fitted with GROHE’s signature Rainshower collection, characterised by its sustainable and aesthetic design, while providing users with long-lasting, high quality water solutions.
Selected for its uncompromising quality and highly sophisticated design, GROHE products will provide a selection of bathroom fittings that meet the user’s every need. Once completed, the project will include around 1,000 bathrooms where the new GROHE fittings will include concealed flush valves for WC with Tectron Skate Actuation, Growtherm2000 TMV3 Thermostats, Eurosmart CE Electronic Faucets, Grotherm3000, Rainshower Shower System THM, Eurocosmo Single Leaver Faucets, and Rainshower Cosmopolitan and Accessories.
