Doha - The Music Affairs Center of the Ministry of Culture and Sports is organizing a live concert broadcast on its YouTube channel, under the slogan "Music is the language of peoples".
The artist Aseel Hameem will commemorate the concert, which comes as part of a series of events that the center is preparing for enriching the lyrical scene.
In a statement, the artist Aseel Hameem explained that the singing session will be 45 minutes, which brings together a collection of her songs and some of the songs for Arab singers.
She also expressed her happiness to meet the audience again after a long period during which it ceased to hold concerts as a result of the spread of (COVID-19).
Hameem said that even though artists and the public prefer live concerts in theaters, the current circumstances necessitated the search for alternatives to reach the audience, which the Center for Music Affairs was keen to broadcast it.
For his part, the artist, Yassin Al Ayari, the leader of the music group, confirmed that the concert program is in line with the slogan "Music is the language of the people", as a selection of the songs of the artist Aseel was chosen, as well as a large group of songs for Arab artists. He also praised the efforts of the Center for Music Affairs in light of the current circumstances
