Officials at the 23rd edition of the Arab Radio and Television Festival in Tunisia.
Tunis: Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) won two silver awards from the TV exchange, co-production, and radio exchange awards, during the 23rd edition of the Arab Radio and Television Festival held in Tunisia.
QMC received the silver award in the Natural Reserves Category in recognition of producing a documentary programme on the Arabian Oryx.
Meanwhile, QMC’s Qatar Radio received silver award in the Through Arab Eyes Category, in recognition its program on Food Security.
The “Now.. Not Tomorrow” programme, produced by the Egyptian Radio, was awarded the first prize in the Through Arab Eyes Category, and Oman TV won the first prize in the category the documentary program on Architecture in the Arab World Category.
Iraqi Radio won the first award of the Arab Women Media Pioneers.
