Doha: Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Qatar H E Rajeh Hussein Badi said that the visit of Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council in Yemen, H E Rashad Muhammad Al Alimi, accompanied by a high-level delegation to Doha, reflects the depth of historical bilateral between the Yemeni and Qatari peoples.
In an exclusive statement to QNA, the Ambassador said that this visit will boost the path of close relations between the two countries, noting that the visit will open a new page of distinguished and historical relations between the two countries, peoples and leaderships.
He stressed that the visit to Qatar is important because it has become an important and pivotal country and pointed out that the Yemeni people are looking forward to good results from this visit. He also praised Qatar’s stances towards his country.
“We commend the State of Qatar, H H the Amir, the government and the people for their noble humanitarian stances,” he said.
