Cricket: England labour on to 220-run lead over WIndies

North Sound, Antigua and Barbuda--England were 116 for three in their second innings, a lead of 220, at stumps on the third day of the first Test of the three-match series at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua and Barbuda on Wednesday.
